How can I connect with others who understand the challenges of being childless not by choice?

Imagine a place where you can be yourself? Where you can chat to people who are childless too, share an intention and access wellbeing advice? A home that makes you feel better?

Welcome to the Full Stop Community, an online space open to anyone who is childless not by choice, regardless of gender, race, age, religion, sexuality or circumstance.

A place of inclusion where you’re in control and trusted.

Frequently Asked Questions about the Full Stop Community

You don’t have to do this on your own

If you’re childless not by choice, Full Stop is a space where you can breathe, connect, and simply be. However you’re feeling — hopeful, angry, sad, curious — you’re welcome here, just as you are.

Inside our community, you’ll find:

  • Post-episode chats and live conversations hosted by Michael and Berenice

  • A gentle wellbeing area guided by Sarah

  • Themed spaces where you can rant, grieve, or celebrate life’s wins

  • Our monthly newsletter shares your events, stories, and research

  • And, of course, a little Full Stop Hug from us

We’re a diverse group, and our directors are guided by the community itself — your voices shape what we do and how we grow.

To keep everyone safe, we ask new members to fill out a short form before joining. Once we’ve had a quick look to make sure it stays a supportive space, we’ll invite you in.

It’s £10 a month, pay as you go, and your first month is free — no pressure, just time to see if it feels right for you.

Pay it Forward, be an ally

Donate an annual membership for someone who is childless not by choice or pay it forward and we’ll support someone in need.

We have an Ally option where you can sponsor/fund a membership spot for a childless person to access support and community that they wouldn’t otherwise be able to afford. We’ll send you our ‘Finding Connections’ booklet, a special Full Stop hug and we’ll say thanks on our Full Stop podcast and this website. You can sponsor someone you know (with their permission) or donate and we’ll pay it forward on your behalf.
